That can be debated. They said it will be available on 10th April, worldwide.

Never ever mentioned any timezone with that, so technically, if anywhere in the world it's the 11th now, they failed to deliver it. But as they keep on saying they will release it today (on twitter) my guess would be we will receive it this week if lucky.

Oh no, we're all gonna die! Seriously, they just said it's gonna be released on the 10th of April, that's it. No actual time of day or anything. And with all the different time zones, oh dear god no, it might be the 11th for some of you when it finally goes live. BIG DEAL! It's free damn DLC, you'll get it soon enough and you're all acting like you've been ripped off or like they've promised to release the whole thing the second it's April 10 in your country. There's a map pack coming out for Modern Warfare 3: 4 lousy multiplayer maps, no new classes, weapons, whatever. Costs 15 Euros. People on there are really getting ripped off.
You're whining about having to wait a little longer for something that's free. -.-
