So no, it's not really free.

But as long as there's so many people willing to cash out for BW points, I expect more 'free' content to be given to us.

After all:

Big, successful Multiplayer = Lots of BW points sold!

And the best thing is... it doesn't ****** anybody off! (except when the DLC is delayed xD )

But you don't actually pay real money for the DLC.

I don't know what's causing the delay, but this happens with every DLC they released. If anyone remembers, Arrival had a very long wait, and was also not on time.

EDIT: Well, I guess it's an internal server error.

if Bioware not releasing the new content at the exact time you wanted it is bothering you, I think you should quit the game. Life is full of givens: we're all going to die, we're all going to get sick, you have a chance to get hit by lightning, and you have no control over other people's actions.

Come back when you have accepted those facts. I promise you, your score in game will improve because of it.

This might have been helpful on the first 3 pages, not on page 26.

That hasn't been taken out of context at all, I'm just simplifying what I was referring to. The initial *approximation* was midnight correct? That's what, 9 hours or so currently? 9 hours of lost time that you expected to be playing new content is bound to cause frustration, where else are they going to let it out other than the Bioware forums?

Where did I ask for an explanation? I'm merely saying that people are allowed to be frustated.

I will agree with you on one thing only. You shouldn't have been quoted out of context.
However, this is just like any other company saying "Alright, our game is going to release on X, and we'll even do it at Midnight", then a few hours after midnight, a few hours after giving no explanation of why there was no release at midnight, finally explaning that for people who do have it already, this is why half of it doesn't work.

There's still no explanation pointed at PC users saying something to the extent of "Hey folks, sorry we didn't release the DLC pack at the same time as everyone else [Except EU PS3], here's why:"

People who do have it, at least are able to play on the new maps. They can't get the new characters, the new weapons, but that was explained (after a few hours). However, they still got it at midnight.

This isn't self-entitlement that we didn't get it first. There's no "PC GAMER MASTER RACE" going on in here. All we want is access to the same thing that other platforms have, but I'll even accept a valid explanation of what's going on, more than just "We're looking into it" or "It'll be out soon, keep checking"

Edit: 
Oh, and your linked "explanation" says nothing about why we don't have the DLC at all
