They just changed the date for europe to the 11th even though they previously said it would be released at the same day, nothing to do with entitlement, just hate getting screwed over by a ****ty company only in it for the money.

In 6hrs, the majority of the worlds population will be in the 11th. Just because theres some part of Alaska or Hawaii, that gets it while its still "thecnically the 10th" it doesn't mean that they didnt miss the deadline.

so how exactly are you getting screwed over? you're not getting your FREE DLC on time? they are having server issues. it happens. go outside and get some fresh air, you'll feel a lot better.
