Do not buy any packs, system is broke so you dont get any new stuff.

Confirmed. DO NOT!!!!!!!!! buy packs. Check the official thread for updates. When Priestly says we're good, then you can buy them.

They should put some big notice in the actual game like they do for operations or there's gonna be a LOT of angry people spending millions on packs(and real money too) to get nothing... Imagine all the millions of people who don't read the forums @_@

You don't get a break when you're paid decently for not doing your job.

I'm refusing to ignore that submittal to microsoft for validation and uploading to their download servers takes 2 weeks ahead of the release date, probably same for microsoft, so why in the blue hell do we PC users STILL not have it here in the west, X-Box allowed downloading of the pack at midnight PST, kind of mesed up.

Does the 10th of April just go over people's heads?  We were given an estimated launch figure.  I get that people want it to happen when it's convenient specifically to them, but the world doesn't revolve around any of us.

They did say midnight and that's long gone by now, least they could do is give us an update, an actual update not ''soon, still today, thanks for your patience!''

So that people can trash them for not meeting that either due to whatever issue there is?  Yeah, I don't think you would either.  Hopefully we will hear what the issue is soon, but more likely than not, if it still gets released today, they aren't going to give us a solid reason on why it missed that window.

That is why you give a vague window, like say "between the hours of 8am and noon at the latest", thus they can't whine, if it looks like noon isn't coming "update: taking a little longer than expected, another hour will be tacked onto the window, keep looking here for details".

I've been a CSR for a game company, worked in art too acutally, vague windows are awesome for absolving oneself of blame.  No matter what you do, you are going to catch flack for it not being available right then, right there, but better to minimize the slings and arrows than staying silent and catching a car launched from a truncheon.
