So I downloaded the patch tonight from origin. I let it install and I still didnt see any option to get my free copy of the DLC from origin nor did I see the new maps etc. But now when I play multiplayer I loose all sound about 30 seconds into a match. Anyone else having this issue?

i dont´t have the dlc resurgence pack too.I expect that was a autoupdate

Same problem here. Very soon after the match begins, I hear a short, speaker-disconnect squelch, and then the sound goes off. Sometimes, the sound returns right after the mission success screen, but other times, the sound won't return until I quit the game.

sometimes i load up and the sound goes out pre-patch. I just restart the game and it fixes the problem. I don't have the patch because it refuses to install in the "finalizing stage" even though the DLC installed without a hitch.

@GilliamII Thats exactly the issue Im having. It makes my speakers pop and the sound goes away completely. Occasionally when I quit the game and return to the MP menu screen the sound might come back.

Having the same sound issues during single player since downloading the patch. A speaker pop, then no sound until quitting the game and restarting it.

So Ive been having other issues with my computer lately. Yesterday I did a complete format and reinstall of windows. I also updated all the latest sound and video drivers and ofcourse reinstalled the game. This seems to have fixed the sound issue. Please make sure if your going to reinstall the game that you back up your saved game files under documents>bioware>masseffect3>save otherwise you will loose all of your games and achievements.
