Sorry for posting this here, but it seems like the most relevant forum.

Where should I send a written complaint to about one of your products and the service received please?

BBB, okay, you have the right. BioWare did drop the ball pretty bad with false promises.
FTC is a bit much, don't ya think?

BioWare & EA do not seem to share this train of thought.

The BBB isn't a government organization.  It's exists as a means of resolving disputes and complaints against businesses and providing information regarding businesses and any questionable activity or concerns related to them.  One of the FTC's goals is to protect consumers from fraud and unfair business practices.
Seeing as how for the past month BioWare and EA have choosen not to acknowledge any of our questions or concerns (via the forums, Twitter, Facebook, direct email, etc) and just blow us off instead I believe it to be more than appropriate to seek appeasement via any other available alternative.

I'm having similar problems with the face import bug. I've heard of the black hole problem, but what exactly is it?

Just had a look. Seems your having similar problems to us in getting any reliable info.

I choose not to play because the experience offered isn't as advertised, but what you guys have is another kettle of fish... I hope your problem gets resolved soon mate.
