No, there is not. If you want to install all patched up, you must purchase one of the versions that come pre-patched, such as via Steam. (I think the Platinum/ultimate bundle versions do as well)

What are you doing uninstalling the game anyway?

They're not releasing any more patches beyond 1.23, so it's not like you'll have to download and install any new ones in the future.

I myself have always manually patched the game, and keep the relevant patch files on a USB stick for when I upgrade to a better machine.
