Now I've read some prior topics about this problem and I've run into it myself and was wondering if anyone heard whether or not bioware is going to fix this, this issue has caused every character in the vanguard class (one i promoted just the other day) to remain level 1 but revert back to the names and power point spread of the line of those I had promoted. The sentinel class in which I promoted and made 4 new characters, two have remained the new ones (male human and krogan) but the other two have reverted to their prior iterations (human female and turian).
Any news at all about this being remedied?
