War assets in action would be great. Also, different cutscenes based at the end based on which war assets/decisions throughout the series/paragon/renegade would really help make it feel much more personalized in the end.

Completely agree. I'm also hopeful this is one of the things that will be in the plan.

These are the types of things that the community needs to be discussing. Not billboards.

Seeing the Hanar and Drell fleets, the Volus dreadnought Kwunu and the Volus bombing fleets blasting the reaper forces to hell would be amazing!

This is ALL I really want from the extended ending! (I didn't want any loose-hanging or tacked-on non-gameplay)

I want to see my Geth Prime units dropping out of the sky, I want to see the Rachni being USEFUL, and I want to see my Elcor living tank T.T Make it happen!
There's a bit of unused Earth dialogue with a Geth Prime in the game files... discussion and combat shouts. Guess it might have been planned at some point...
Can only hope they restore some of this stuff.

As much as I would LOVE this, realisticly I would assume it would take much longer than from now till summer to do.
For the aspects we've never seen ( such as volus/rachni/hanar ships) they would fist need concepts then digital designers... followed by cinimatic actions - all that for free DLC
As much as I'de love for this to happen, it just seems too much to ask in the time frame they have set
-- Although having just visuals/cut scenes of our exsisting, already rendered, characters (geth/vorcha/merc/old companions) might be easier.

This was the most disappointing aspect of the game. Even worse than Space Magic™ and Starchild.

A few cut scenes showing your squadmates through the three games charging into action would be nice also.

OP - I support this +1000. When I was getting all these assets I expected to see at least *some* of them on Earth, but what we got are exciting numbers instead : (

I totally support this idea.
To be blunt, it's obvious that something like this should have been present in the ending already. Every player expected to see some visual representation of our efforts to assemble assets. I expect that if something akin to the suggestions listed here had been included, players would have grudgingly accepted the inane RGB ending.
Yay Space Magic™ and Starchild.

I can't imagine that more engaging cinematics weren't planned that final stage and the ending. It sad that they didn't make it. I think the furvor over the ending wouldn't have reached this fever pitch if the end game narrative was more cenematic. I'm not saying that more people would have enjoyed the very end, but I think more narrative drama would have lessened the sting some people felt.

Awesome idea, though DA:O had the improved version where you could summon the armies for support in key locations. But even a few cutscenes would suffice here. The game felt like going through all the trouble to save as much teammates as you can and gather as much assets as possible had no impact at all, save for getting a short something with the characters (I can't force myself to call that a conversation)
