if you want to buy spectre packs go ahead, none of the new stuff  seems to be up yet bar the maps and we dont know if they will be in Spectre packs, they will be in the Reinforcement packs like the original launch info about the DLC said. 

Launch info never specified which packs (except for PAX video which many did not see), but I'm sure there air smells great up there.

See I assumed the reinforcement pack was a new pack as the game doesnt actually say on the other packs "reinforcement pack"    probably why i got a little confused. Still not spending anything until I know for sure its all up anyway. 

The recruit/veteran/spectre pack are the reinforcement packs.

I don't think you'd get banned for cheating, but it might get 'fixed' when the kits get fixed.

If people are not used to waiting for stuff to show up in the Playstation Store,  they must be new PS3 owners.  PS3 is ALWAYS behind in releasing DLC because they update their store late in the day.  I remember being excited for a game that was coming out in the store on a previous Tuesday.   I took the day off of work and by the time I went to sleep the game was still not available.  lol  Good ol Sony!

I don't completely mind, I got quite a few nice things. I prefer to go into these kinds of things informed, though.

I just downloaded the resurgence pack through Origin. You can click "Downloadable Content" in the main menu, or in Origin, right-click ME3, "Show details", and "shop for add-ons".

It's okay, guys. Just blow through a few Gold matches while you're waiting. They award you 70,000+ Creds per completion.

I got the resurgence pack through Origin as well. Confirming the above post. Now special packs are shown, but the maps are there and the characters are locked

Wow, thanks for the heads up...I saved up enough to buy about 13 spectre packs last week and I was about to unload all my credits. That would have sucked LOL.

That does blow, I'm very sorry for you.

I was spared the same fate only because it seems they have removed the ability to buy reinforcement packs with MS points for now, so when I saw that I knew something was up and came to the forums to find out what.

unless im misunderstanding, the packs in the shop are reinforcement packs...the info on new material never stated a "SPECIAL" type of pack

That's correct. There was no mention of any special pack type until one of the presentations at PAX that you can see on youtube.
