They wanted people to see the update n go blow all their credits in hopes they'd be all jerked off n not wanna build them up again n just buy a ton..... These kinds of companies are tactical w their sh*t.... Don't be foolish or a*s kissers. Some of you got played....

Well I'm at work..hope they get them up and running by the time I get home...............not saying I'm mad but I do have to question why everything seems to go wrong on this game...and not say Halo....just saying I've never had problems with Halo DLC or online...don't see why this game has soo many problems with the amount of money put into it

I feel the same. I've been loving them since Baldur's Gate and Never Winter Nights but now it is just.... I don't know ever since Dragon Age 2 things have been going down hill it looks. Don't get me wrong, love Mass Effect 3, but the endings and same with the book the fact they are re-writing the last book because it had so many errors in it is just insane. This is a fine example of how they need to stop jumping ahead and actually review their own product before releasing.

you know what REAL normal people call this...not a big deal...DLC/patchs and delays go hand in hand since the advent of DLC, so you need to wait a few more hours before you get your FREE content...OH NO!!!!!! people need to learn some patience and stop feeling the need to be instantly gratified. the game belongs to you FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, is it really so horrible that you have to wait a few more hours to get content you will have FOREVER

Lovely, I just used up a gift card I got for Easter, noda, zilch. great, 20$ down the hole cause i couldn't access the internet until now.

It's internal problem with the server... It's not like they expected it to happend.

Also 4 the clock over there is just about 11:00AM. Which means they probably a few hours ago came to work and found out that the server was messed up, that a ton of people are whining.
If it was me I would have been about:

**** we got problem here guys!
*looks around the empty office*
Darn only me here so far, just couse I'm early.
I better call the other and make them come here and help me fix this **** before we get swarmed by another delivery of 400 cupcakes.

And a ton of other stuff too, like finding the problem, finding a solution and so on.
And you whine because you didn't get a chanse to play on your day off? PFF!

The 360s normal update day is Tuesday and always has been. Arcade games release on Wednesday.

Weiss you should cut them a little slack, this is their first multiplayer game (not counting TOR, different studio) and they had a server failure. It happens.

This is not BioWare's first game with MP.

the answer to this is of course to NEVER anounce anything early, put it up and then make the announcement

of course then people will complain that they weren't given enough time to save up for the packs and that they just spent an infinite number of credits on other packs and they have to start from zero.

I'm always surprised at the lengths to which some people can flip out about this stuff. Just relax, play the new maps for a bit, and chill till the powers that be let you know all the new gear and classes are up. Updates like this are always a bit bumpy, but get fixed by the end of the day. I love the game too, but man. Give em a little air to work.

Stop complaining people at least bioware has informed us of the issue instead of keeping us in the dark like some game company's. They have an issue and tere working on it so we can get are new stuff. Why are people complaining anyways it's free you should be thankful they could have charged us

Tests are run for a reason. Bioware has a "Rushed" atmosphere as of late with all their products, it is what it is.

Do problems happen? Sure. The issue lies with the frequency of problems. Testing isn't being done properly.

Yea it is a big deal. Especially when you buy packs and waste time/money only to learn you can't unlock a damn thing because said screwed up. Look at it through other peoples eyes. Not just your own moron. Weak ass argument.

For the record it's not actually FREE if people are spending real money on these packs to fund the damn thing. Less herp, more derp. I'll remained pissed until this **** comes out.

Since it's problems with the servers I would assume the fault lies with EA.

EA maintains the servers for nearly all, if not all, their games and everyone knows EA does not have the greatest rep with their servers.
