This is what I want to know.  From what I have seen here it looks like you have to buy spectre packs and hope to get them

It's disappointing that it took Bioware hours to announce that the packs wouldn't be available immediately upon download, but still, it's nice to see that they did, in fact, fix the issue.

I just bought Spectre packs and what I had feared happened, I got level 3 of the Harpoon Sniper Rifle and level 1 of the Geth Submachine gun, but no new characters....

I'll just have to earn more, a lot more credits.

I don't believe it's a pack, people. I believe they're just new items added to the pool of items you can unlock via the normal packs.

Someone said the DLC packs coming "soon" but didn't specify later today or later this year.
