could people atlest post what system they are on

the fact of the matter is the new characters/weapons are NOT AVAILABLE for the time being.you should NOT SPEND CREDITS on any pack with the hope or intention that you will unlock any of the new content.DO NOT listen to anyone who says that you can get them UNTIL bioware/admins confirm the problem is solved.

Getting mad and stewing over it is not going to fix anything.Just play and save up credits as you normally would or if it has you that angry unplug for awhile,go play something else,sleep,eat,shower and check back from time to time.Seriously you would think people would understand by now that issues occur when launching a new game/add on.There has been several other games with problem launches.A few examples are Gears of War 2,Homefront and Modern Warfare 3.Of course people raged at them and swore that their developers were crap and trolled so on and so forth.It all got fixed in the long run but not because of people threatening and renouncing their loyalties to the developers/publishers.Things got fixed because they took the time and put in the work to not only fix issues but also making tweaks and balances based largely on the feedback of their game's community.So before you get all pissy and turn your back on a company who has made many great games over the years think about a few things.Think of how many guys on the development team will be working their asses off to fix this problem for everyone.Sure you can say "Oh well thats their job" and yeah it is their job,but doing their jobs takes time.So have a little bit of patience for people who are trying to take a game you enjoy and make it a little better.

It deducted 60,000 credits and then gave them back to me though, so at least i didn't lose anything.

US or EU?  I ask because I hear EU PS3 don't get anything untill tomorrow.  I checked on the PSN store a short time ago and there was no DLC there (I'm in the UK) so I have no reason to doubt what I heard yet.

I wish devs would predict server loads and things on content release days and compensate accordingly...

Also, if you actually looked in the store, you can scroll down in the description of the Spectre packs, and it tells you that it has a chance to give you new items.

Yes it is. The "Resurgence Booster Pack" currently isnt available.
