The only issue I have with this screw-up is that Bioware has a proven means of telling the community about multiplayer events through the game itself. Yet, they release the download for the new content, display the new classes with locked icons over the characters, indicating that they possibly could be unlocked...

...and then don't have the packs updated to actually let you earn the characters and items if you spend the credits.

So let's see:
- Bioware had a way to tell people going into MP that the stuff wasn't ready yet, and they didn't use it.
- They admitted they had a bug with the system, but allowed players to still purchase packs that were trying for the new stuff.

So where's the compensation for that?

Also, I understand the UK store doesn't update until tomorrow, but that's part of this whole "SPECULATION FROM EVERYONE!" is that where does it say it has to be downloaded and installed like regular DLC from the PSN store or that it's just a EA server thing and once they upload the new content it's good to go? Confirm please? Enough space magic, you guys are already getting a ****load of money from people who used credits when just the levels were up. It's all good and great that they fixed the resurgence packs. I'm mad because I spent 3200 MS points in the hope that I would unlock the Krogan Battlemaster, or at the very least a Krogan anything. I have spent countless credits and MS points in a desperate bid to get any Krogan character since I unlocked one in my starter pack in the demo. I love the Krogans. Adore them. Nothing makes me laugh more than when my Krogan goes into a berserker rage, laughing maniacally as he rampages across the battlefield. Instead I wasted nearly 4000 MS points because I thought the DLC would unlock the new gear right away. I had no idea that there was a delay issue. Now I'm down 3200 MS points, still no Krogan classes unlocked in my game and feeling like I wasted a whole lot of my time all of a sudden.

it says a chance, somewhere they said that the normal packs would have a chance for the resurgence gear aswell.. and that there would be a resurgence pack with just the new gear in.. so its not fixed..

after restarting and going and spending the last 1.5 ish million that i had..

i really wanted krogan vanguard =(
