Yeah, this is why I am waiting. I know they spoke about a special pack, so I think i'll hold unto my 300k for the day till everything pans out more so.

According to the tweet they will be out soon (today as there currently are not any specialty packs). Hopefully the specialty packs wont cost a massive amount of creds as a casual player, I only have 407k Creds.

yeah yeah I read what was currently there before I started my post,took awhile as I was typing it in between games so yeah I guess it doesnt matter now. Was trying to keep people from wasting their hard earned credits because some people have nothing better to do than to try and ruin things for people.Call it foolish or laugh all you want,when a company makes games I enjoy I support them.

So just to clarify, are the Resurgence class/maps/items available in the North American PSN store for the PS3? It's hard to tell what the hell is going on in this thread.

I've gotten the Geth SMG, Geth Engineeer and the Krogan Battlemaster out of Spectre packs on 360. So yes, it is possible!

WOW.. i spent my first 1.5 million on nothing then... i'd wish for a refund but i did get a lot of things and upgraded my guns to X lol

I don't always have the free time to get online and play with my friends.  I spend lots of credits when I have then but sometimes I like to make up for missed time by purchasing packs.  Besides, I like spending money on things I like.

Ive just unlocked the harpoon gun.

The stats on level 1 are the same as my widow x!! (with ammo capacity and extended barrel upgrades)

Im not going to post a picture because if you all checked the description under the spectre packs you would see that they now have the resergence items in them

so is this now working fully for PS3 users in North America? i want to be sure before i go crazy with Spectre packs

The only way I got the new DLC characters to show up locked on PC was to download the Resurgence pack from Origin. After installing that, they showed up, along with the two new maps.

It is not an automatic download. You must manually download the Resurgence pack from Origin to get these to show.

The Spectre pack does mention that's where you get the new characters and weapons, it also mentions to get these you need the Resurgence Pack installed.  People are reporting getting them.

edit: Just bought my first pack and got a Geth Eng.

Seriously though.  I'm d/ling at 17.3KB/s (No, that's not a typo) and falling slowly.  Only a couple of demos downloading on my PS3 and here on the forums as well.  Plus, our gorram router keeps disappearing from the network for no reason.

Unlocked geth infiltrator and geth plasma smg. The smg is basically like a mini-spitefire from the SP campaign and the geth racial heavy melee causes you crouch down and unleash pulses of blue energy until your sheilds are drained (yes hvy melee for geth drains shields) but ITS AWESOME and very powerful. Enemies killed by it melt into a puddle of blue slime.

The geth ability hunter vision is basically like predator vision, enemies show up through walls etc. as red.  My advice is to upgrade the distance this works!
