that thread is worthless and has no answers.  I'm hoping that BW confirms the existence of Resurgence Packs soon, and not just in some random twitter post.

So it's not we get new characters we get new characters to unlock? I can see this becoming a big problem in future DLCs, especially the ones we have to pay for.

They make enough money off people spending actual cash on packs.  MP DLC needs to be free

Yeah it is.  Some people just choose to spend Microsoft points on these packs.  I did at one point too before I found out they were completely random.

I spent 1M credits and 1200 MS Points... and for what??? Nothing! The only things I got were XP Boni and Falcon Upgrades, the worst weapon ever o.O

So, to be completely clear here...if you installed the Resurgence DLC and your Spectre pack has the "Now with a chance to find new aliens with pack installed...etc." spiel in its description...then you can get the dlc content?

If you didn't get anything after 1-2 Spectre pack, DO NOT continue.. exit ME3 and reload back. I did that and pretty much get the unlocked items on every Spectre pack after that
