Does Bioware remember that they released ME3 on PC? The new maps are definitely not live as far as I can tell, and I'm watching "registered game content" on BSN, the store on Origin, right-click updating the game on Origin menu, and I'm going through the in-game 'downloadable content" option from ME3's main menu. I'm also occasionally refreshing the ME3 site and Bioware blog. If it's somewhere else, you guys have really hidden it well.

This is probably because of the same internal server problem that makes us console folks unable to get the new characters

Wow. I have to say I'm pretty pissed. Is there any way that in the future when something like this happens, you can put a note in the feed at the bottom of the main screen or something?

I had saved up tonnes of credits over the weekend for this and just now I spent them all on spectre packs trying to get new characters/weapons. Being frustrated and not understanding why I didn't get a single new thing, I now understand.

It's just VERY unfortunate for the people like me who had credits saved up for this, used them all, and the content wasn't even available in the packs and we had no way of knowing.

I hear that. I never got the first commendation pack because I didn't have "submit feedback" selected. I guess that fits EA's standard of making innocent things like stats tracking sound like they are watching you play the game so they can more efficiently try to sell you stuff. But whatever. My fault.

This time I made sure it was selected well in advance. Logged in Sat night. Promoted 2 people before I even started playing on maps. No commendation pack. No victory pack. WTF.

Otherwise, you will have angry people like all the Xboxers right now, who downloaded it of xbox live and didn't bother to verify that it was active before blowing all their credits trying to get characters that aren't there.

Yes, because with all the other thousands of items I've downloaded from xbox live over the past 7+ years, I've had to check the specific company forums for a special snowflake "mother, may I?" message every time...   This issue is an exception, not the rule... don't treat it as such.

While I'm glad that they're aware and working on it, I do suggest putting up a splash screen for xbox users in game.  Only a very small percentage of players visit the forums but almost everyone downloads free DLC and expects it to work as stated in the description.

Reinforcement Packs is a term for all the packs. Recruit, Veteran and Spectre packs are all Reinforcement Packs. Many people seem to think these are some new packs.

Got the Krogan Vanguard on my 5th spectre pack.
Keep trying untill you get one, they are quite rare!

Oh snap. You got me there. Though i believe ME3 multiplayer characters still got more abilities and responsibilities than two button out-of-the-click-fest characters in Diablo 3. Sniping someone in the head still involves more skill than smashing barrels and poking skeletons with an axe. Just sayin.

I'm just glad I didn't stay up all night waiting for this thing. Went to bed at four in the morning expecting it to be out and working by the time I woke up.
