I have a weird situation with one particular Origin friend. When we're on a game together, his microphone icon is red to me, and mine is red to him, but the other two people in the game can hear both of us.

My other friends wonder if we might have somehow blocked each other by accident. It would have to be by accident, because I didn't even know it was possible to block each other. Is there some way to fix this?
