A friend recently was gifted Mass Effect 2 of Steam and I purchased her some points to spend on DLC, and Suggested that she go get the Cerberus Network package, and after it was done and installed, we found out immidiately that she actually had the Code to get it for free.

I was wondering who we cneed to get ahold of to get those points refunded, if at all possible.

If you need the order number for the transaction, I have that aswell.
