I am very dissappointed with this situation being Bioware should know better, especially supporting such a new, and high profile game.

I have. I have done everything I can to get them to help me out with my two game-breaking issues.
No response.
Update: EA just contacted me and it said "Since you are experiencing these issues within the game, we cannot offer support. Please try the forums and get help from Dragon Age's helpful community."
I am completely dumbfounded...this feels like a nightmare. Are they seriously telling me that they can't help people's issues if the issue happens while playing???

you see... i don't even want to try and help with this problem, because the person who's having the problem appears to me to be either a complete moron or a childish whiner.
i guess it's a good thing i don't work in tech support.

So... what's the problem exactly?

What is the problem? Perhaps your problem isn't technical? You don't know how to progress or finish a quest perhaps?

So, how about a list of these issues that we can try and help you solve so that you're playing instead of fuming?

Thanx for the offer of assistance all. I have posted this before but all anyone was able to offer as help was the tried and true "Press H", or "its a known bug...just click again or wait a couple seconds", even though I was quite clear in my issue.
In my game the controlled character will not auto-attack. That is,
when you right click a mob to attack, with whatever ability, it will
perform that ability once, then simply stand there. So he walks to his target, swings his sword or casts a spell, then stands there letting the mobs beat on him. To get him to attack again you have to continue right clicking.
A couple people have told me this also, and I thought that it would be the solution, becuase this problem that I am having started right after I installed the Toolset. Unfortunately one of the things that I have tried during the past days was to uninstall the toolset completely, yet my problem persists.Bethaliz wrote...
I had this problem too, but only after
I had installed the toolset and made a morph. If you have done this,
the fix is really easy. Just go into your
C:\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Users\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\whatever\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Documents\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\BioWare\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Dragon Age\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\modules and delete
or change the name of the Single Player folder. This worked for me. If
this has nothing to do with your problem, sorry.

This problem isn't due to being on "Hold"....it only happens on the controlled character.
This problem isn't due to tactics...it only happens on the controlled character.
Not to mention all characters are NOT on defensive, which is the setting most problems like mine are caused by.

Your controlled character does not do anything unless you tell him what to do.
Try to create a new character and observe what happens.
