Can anyone tell me how still to do the quest, by using Coalesced tweaks, using Gibbed's save editor, anything would help.

I delayed this quest, since I knew Kasumi would ask about Jacob, and I wanted to do his mission first for extra dialogue, but now, the mission is gone.
Can anyone tell me how still to do the quest, by using Coalesced tweaks, using Gibbed's save editor, anything would help.

It can be fixed using Gibbeds save editor but you have to do it before priority citadel, as Jondum Bau
wont be there after. I cant remember the exact steps but you have to save outside the C-Sec office where you meet him and edit the streaming data in the save, there should be a flag mentioning Hanar Diplomat in there.

You gotta be kidding, I just did the Citadel quest, and got no backup save before it... 
Damn, now I miss out on an awesome mission and on Kasumi as War asset, not to forget Bau himself as asset...
