Got a reciept from paypal, but did not get credited 1600 BW points. How do i get this fixed? This has never happened to me before.
Boiware points purchase from in game store, lost connection, lost $22

Call customer support? Open a ticket on the EA website? Anything is probably more useful then posting on here.

If you contact Customer Support, they ask you to post here on the forums as they feel the Developers are more likely to see the issue

Just curious if anyone else had this problem and how they resolved it. Turns out that there was lag between crediting my game and my account. Customer support said it had happened to a few people. They were on my account the entire time; just not showing up in game.
