ME1: Liara.  Didn't know Ashley was a choice, or I would have been all over that.  Whoops!
ME2: Quickie with Jack.  Was trying for Miranda, but I lost her loyalty...and then got her killed.  Whoops!
ME3: Ashley (accidently got Jack killed, whoops again!)

Many through different playthroughs, but my original character romanced Liara through all 3 games.

I have three Sheps, the first one was with Ashely through them all, the second switched from Ashley to Tali in ME2, and my last (and favorite) one stayed with Liara through them all.

I only finished ME3 with my first Shep though...

Garrus looks interesting though so I might do a play-through with him sometime; he grew on me through ME3.  But why no love for Jack?   I did a play-through as a guy in ME2 and thought she was an interesting character.
