In my non-import Shepard I got Allers out of the way.

What a waste of time that was. No Achievement unlocked and no last night together or final words before you begin the final missions. Did they just “forget” to finish it or was it supposed to big this insulting waste of time?

I have a serious addiction and emotional attachment to Kaidan ^^' all of my femsheps ended up romancing him. Did planned / tried to do other romance but my will isn't strong enough it seems, LoL.

I've made so many different characters (females) but after my first shock with Kaidan (I thought I had just been nice to him, then it turned out I had flirted with him ---- I was shocked!) I learned my lesson, and damned if I didn't save before talking to ANYONE after that mistake. 

Eventually, I learned the game and I was forced to be rude to Kaidan, but I really, really did not want a romance with that boy.

Garrus, on the other hand - it must be his voice - I felt already in my first ME1 playthrough, it would be ok to romance him. (I mean he is not a looker, hahaha, so it must the voice)

So yeah, it's been Garrus - or no one in all my playthroughs (which are many, many)

edit: Oh yes, I did do one with Liara, too, just to see her reaction in the Shadowbroker-DLC, when having romanced Garrus.
