I completely mucked up the entire romance story arch.

ME1: Ashley
ME2: Tali basically just to see her face, which then didn't happen.
I then replayed ME2 in order to keep my whole squad alive, and decided to go for Jack just to see if she'd mellow out.
ME3: Wanted to go back to Ashley or Tali but accidentally locked the relationship back in with Jack, which was shame because it was pretty much a non-romance.

Liara for my femshep. She is just so lovely also I think the whole asari concept was very interesting for me. I mean.. Why choose humans when there is an asari?

Miranda then made a save and then romanced Ashley too by setting her "truelove" flag to true before talking to her in the commons. If my Shep has to die, he is going to lay as much pipe as possible.

Liara, the only LI willing to track down your corpse, have it resurrected and become the Shadow Broker to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I play DudeShep and I've gone with different LIs on different playthroughs.

Miranda is definitely the one I like most over the course of the series, though I think the most believable romance in a single game is Ashley in ME1. Unfortunately her character was kinda ruined after that.

Liara giving you the cold shoulder in ME2 brought her way down in my books, and nearly all of your interactions with her in ME3 feel very stiff and awkward, with the repeated attempts at friend-zoning you bringing it down even more. I know some of it is due to bugs but it's still pretty bad.
