Too many play throughs (with both male and female Sheps), but I've romanced pretty much everyone except for Garrus and Thane.
Garrus is my BRO and that's just ew.
Thane is dying, so I'm not about to go there. He's got enough to worry about w/o worrying about a romance w/ Femshep.

I have to say my favorite is Samantha Traynor. I just LOVE her. *feelsfeelsfeels*

If you only want my first, ignore the other two
Liara-Jack-Liara (I only went with Liara because I messed up with Jack and didn't have any other choices)
