Download it, see that it makes a reasonable amount of sense, laugh at the rage that will without a doubt be going on here, replay ME3 for the (probably) sixth or seventh time. Laugh again at the rage here, go play D3.

If I can get a ending that I feel satisfied with, a ending that shows the consequences of my actions and a pivotal role related to War Assets and GRR. I will be happy. 

I definitely wont come back here and  help spread the rage. After that point its well... pointless. They are not going to keep releasing Ending DLC. This is it, either further polish your turd or just walk away. I've already separated myself from the people here that are demanding more and more from BioWare believing that they are part of the Retake Movement.

Many of them were not here in the beginning when all we wanted was clarity and closure. In fact i remember a thread called something like "Where is the Closure". Anyway, these people are just trying to get more and more, and will never be happy. I do not align myself with those people.

I had initially said I wouldn’t even download it, and that I’d be over this whole thing by then.

I think I’m calmer now. Like others in the thread have suggested, I’ll check the forums for reactions.

If it’s great – I imagine I’ll reinstall the game and download it. See if it makes the experience any less horrible for me.

Not so great? I’ll just log out again. I really don't want to put myself through that experience one more time.

I will have moved on to other games by the time the DLC comes out. What a way to let the wind out of your sails. With no altered ending, one and a half playthroughs is all I could sustain before my disdain for the ending fully kicked in. My CE will either be gathering dust on the shelf or in the pre-owned ME3 pile at Gamestop.

Since I am PC and run ME3 via Origin and have a perma-online connection. Have it download the second I log into Origin, then play through it and hope BW proves me wrong (I have very little hope it will be better, most of that hope was given by Weekes really, so Kudos to him).
