Clarity and closure won't fix the main narrative flaw of the ending (Shepard does not even try to oppose the racist villain), but it may make the ending actually feel like an >ending<, albeit a bad one, instead of the total non-ending that we got.
Even though it will probably be a bad ending that still forgets that organic/synthetic conflict had been used as a metaphor for racism up until that point, and forgets that the Reapers are the antagonists and forces Shepard to cooperate with the Reaper God, my best hope is that it will actually be an >ending< and not a "figure out how it ends yourself, and oh, hey - buy dlc!" kind of thing, and I'll be able to put ME away for good after I play it and stop obsessing.
OK, It´s summer and the Extended Cut is out! What will you do?

I'll download it play it and then come on the forums and view the feedback. I can imagine no matter how the EC comes out, the forums will be on fire. It will be interesting to see.

Probably download it and play it straight away.....
Although, a part of me thinks I should wait for feedback before playing it, I don't want to get heartbroken again...

Since it's free, download it immediately and play it. Maybe look around a bit on the forums to see if it modifies anything before Marauder Shields.

I'll probably be outside having a refreshing beverage and absorbing the sun rays while covered in SPF 1000 sunscreen because I am so pale I am practically transparent. And I shall remain there until people play it, their opinions get online, and I feel like giving it a shot.

- Download it with all world´s hope for an end that makes sense.
- Wait for some positive feedback in the forums and them go play it.
- Wait for some bad feedback in the forums and help spread the rage.
- (another option)
- "Oh yeah, aight. Aight, I put on my robe and wizard hat."
Wait for feedback, if they say its OK, it gets downloaded, and I might play it eventually.
If they say it's the best thing since ME 1, I play it IMMEDIATELY
If they say what I expect them to say, I go to a bar and get hammered.

Wait until I've heard whether or not it supports IT, then either download it or pretend it never happened.

I'll take a break from GW2 and play through it. If it is good, I'll thank Bioware profusely for fixing the ending. If it is bad, I might rage a bit, but then I will just avoid buying Bioware games in the future. I will also then go back to playing GW2.

Download, play it. If I like it, do another ME3 play-through. If I don't? Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition.

1. Download it
2. Replay the Ending
3a. Love it, be content, partially restore faith in Bioware.
3b. It's trash, pushed out, made in a desperate attempt to save face. Lose all faith in Bioware, look for another developer willing to do Sci Fi

I'll probably replay just so the ending has some context, if it does turn out to be good.

I'll probably get it immeadietly as its free and not wait for feedback. I'm not losing anything by taking a look at it straight away, and could be gaining a great deal.

Not care. Maybe if I think about it I'll look up the ending on youtube but I'll more than likely already have long ago packed up Mass Effect 3 with Dragon Age 2 in my "games I would like to forget existed" drawer.

We'll likely have some kind of knowledge of what to expect. BioWare won't release it into the wild without some kind of description of the content. I'll DL, play from my London save point.
If the ending is at least somewhat salvaged, I'll replay from the beginning. If not, well, I'll deal with that when we come to it.

I was going to wait and see what other people thought, then I realised if I'd read about all this ending hoo ha before playing ME3 I'd have still bought it, so I might as well download and hope for the best..
