I do not have [Downloadable Content] Option on Main options screen. I noticed it today because of Resurgence Pack release. Game reinstallation does nothing, the option is still missing.

Are you playing PC or console? Because I got the DLC through Origin, this button (I assume it's in the same place for every language):

Can you not go into origin - select the i for information symbol on the ME3 game and from there you should get the screen above.
