I've now beaten the game three times and I'm trying to figure out how I can go about doing a fourth. First playthrough I started on Nightmare, then went to Normal because I had no mage in that playthrough and it was more frustrating than enjoyable.
Second playthrough I was a mage and did it on Hard, mainly playing to see different outcomes.
Third playthrough was as a female Rogue, just to see how the world reacted to a female PC and to romance Allistair. Did it on Normal.
So I'm considering Nightmare... this time I will not stick to any specific party makeup - instead, I will switch up regularly to who I think will perform best in each given area, given the fact that I now know each area and its encounters quite well.
Sounds like a plan? I hope so. That is, until I get to Orzammar and vomit. But maybe I'll head in there and do some when I hit Level 10, then leave and do a bit elsewhere... then come back.
But oh! If I do that, then the area will scale to my level, and when I come back later it will only be easier... ahhhh, what to do about Orzammar. What to do, what to do!
Thinking of a way to increase replayability

Oh, and I'll also disable my respec/no-follower autolevel mods this time around, just keeping autoloot and party camp storage active.

Yeah Autoloot is pretty sweet.
I'm also not using any of the DLC you start the game with - it'll just be the stuff I get from quests.
Just finished the Human Noble Origins, going as a tank for the Nightmare run. That's enough for the night, I think!
