Called EA and they're like "It's a common issue we're working on it, if we can get it to work it'll appear in your store"

They stopped giving them out since some people found a way to get multiple copies of the packs. They stopped giving them out until they figure out how to stop the exploit. This is mentioned in another topic somewhere but I can't remember the topics title.
The offical topic is a sticky in the Multiplayer Discussion forum. They said they have patched the exploit and are going to give them out again when the patch for it is released.
