Same problem here:

I'm getting a message when I fire up ME3 asking me to validate a code?

It reads:

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please log into the Alliance Network with the account
used to purchase the DLC.
Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement
From Ashes:

And in the console on the right (the one that shows galactic readiness and stuff) I get a "Purchase/Redeem Code" message.

I've checked the emails (I purchased via Origin) and I see no such code. In fact it was all working fine until they rolled out this new stuff...

Anyone else experiencing this?

More over, if I click "Downloadable Content" it actually shows as purchased, but then the game fails to acknowledge it?

It is moderately irritating... You know, all this DRM is like a plague... All what customers get from it is aggro

Same problem here: Downloaded dlc via orgin, installed without problems, but when I launch the game it gives me "unable to authorize listed DLC" ... No maps no characters and other stuff. I know it doesn't appear as a common error but we want to play it as anyone else, so help would be appreciated.

so i heard of a fix...by using the crack from a pirated version, it bypasses the requirement of having origin opened up to run me3, and apparently you can still play online and the dlcs all work...

anyone know if using this method would be a bannable offense, or to a further extent, is it illegal?

Well I will try it and i dont care if I'll get banned or something, would be silly if I can play pirate easier than original. will post results

Edit: Doesn't work, it says it require new patch. And you cannot acces multiplayer

Same issue in another thread...

http://social.biowar.../index/10307454

The fact that some fellow players have been waiting for a fix for three weeks give a lot of hope...

Just had a chat with one of the Game Advisors, I'd probably been better off using the time to make origami hippos... Although it wouldn't have fixed the issue either at least it wouldn't have added to my frustration...

I don't have a good feeling about any of this...

I guess I'll take my frustration to Skyrim... Clean some dungeons to release frustration...

Honestly, after all the anticipation with ME3, between screwing the ending in SP and now making it impossible to play MP I may as well not have bothered...

Anyway: if this issue repeats I'm going to use pirated version of me... (to actually see this Extended cuts -funny how bunch of so-called hackers can make a dlc actually working for everyone, isn't it?)

Send EA help desk tickets with screenshots of the problem, link to this thread and the other thread - the more people that report it the more likely we are to get it fixed. You're not alone, seems the number of people experiencing trouble is growing. Has to be a central server issue.

Mind you, if you're using pirated copies then you're on your own :)

DRM is making being a legitimate customer more and more awkward with every release...

"You have to actually turn off your computer's internet connection. So if you have an ethernet cable, unplug that or if you are on wifi, turn off your computer's wifi adaptor. It's terrible that you have to do this every time EA servers go down, when we PAID for the content. It's this kind of thing that makes people turn to piracy."

Didn't try it yet, sounds pointless but always sumthin- mayby it will work for someone :D

I've already posted this in the other thread, not sure if everyone is following it so I'll post it here...

Another thread on the subject with a possible workaround, can't confirm myself at this point:

Sadly I have Windows 7 Home; so I can't use the workaround.
