Well, I ended the chat with support, it was no help. I saw the post about updating the two DLC packs in origin (right-click the DLC's, and select "Check for Updates") and now the game is working fine in Multiplayer. Both packs are recognized, and I have my Resurgence MP characters and items still. Thank god.

it was space magic. cause I changed nothing and did nothing.
(Sort of like the ending of mass effect 3.)

Ditto. Just right clicked on the game 'Check For Updates' and even though it said it was up date, suddenly my SP works now. Thanks!

Same here :
-Collector Edition, with all DLC and patches
-Win 7 32 bit (No previous playing problem before.

I was playing multyplayer all morning and then suddendly after a break, when I start the game this afternoon it says "Unable to authoryse DLC... etc". I'm still able to acess multyplayer but the Resurgence characters and weapons do not appear.

Tried every solution on the book, and that I could find on Internet; still not working.
Like said above I beleive this is an Origin problem (Not the first one if you remember the erasing multyplayer profile bug when you acessed the store once ready in a room), witch seriously starts to ****** me off.

Hope they fix the problem soon. Posted to add my number to the people that starts to get pissed at Bioware/EA/Origin for all the problems of ME3 that includes the two bug mentionned and the crappy 15 last minutes of the game.

Seriously WTF !? The DLC authorysation processes must one of the few thing they should at least make bug-proof when they devellop a DLC no ?

EDIT : Sorry for the rage post : tried the update solution ; it works and everything is back to where it was , nothing lost. Sorry again.

I found something
launch origin
click on the "i" (information about me3)
then right clic on dlc & check for updates at both, it will tell you it's completed after a few seconds
launch game
enjoy

1. delete everything in ...Mass Effect 3BIOGameDLC
2. redownload purchased DLC with origin
3. no more error for me

Did everything but still DLC form the ashes is not authorized :/ Its says that dlc is up to date. reinstalling dlc did not help either. WTF origin.

I too am having this problem. Bioware's DRM punishing people who bought things legitimately yet again.

I attempted the "Repair Install" of both the game and the DLC with no luck. Contacted Origin Help (which I do not recommend if you are not incredibly patient),and they are no help. Will keep checking back here for updates or solutions as well as fiddling on my own. Hopefully we can find different solutions or even a more complete solution to get everyone back into the fight soonest

Having the same problem. The thing is, I've been playing ME3 since release date and this has NEVER been an issue. Tried restarting the game and it seemed to work, but now on any subsequent times I load it up it still says "Unable to Authorise DLC". I've updated, repaired installs, the lot.

Surely it's something to do with the servers? How is not a problem for over a month after release then suddenly it seems like everyone is having dramas at the same time?

Same; updated the DLCs and game, but still get an error message for From Ashes.

Also guys, most of these issues, this one included seem to be on EA's end. Mind you everyone, myself included, has some issues that are legitimitly on account of something Bioware may have done, but make sure you understand, they aren't actually out to spite us all. Crazy, I know...

Same problem for me.. I didn't have - unable authorize dlc - problem up until now.. I played the game three or four hours ago without problem.. Started it again few minutes ago and this error showed up.. I tried that - check for updates fix - didn't work.. Any solutions ?

I get the same From Ashes unauthorized error. Keeps telling me to login with the proper "alliance" (origin) account but I only have the one account so... It also says "connected to EA servers" at the bottom.

I was playing ME3 fine at like eh.. 2.. am.. this.. morning and all... so what's going on?

This is not the first time that this has happened, having problems authorizing DLCs but the last time I just couldn't connect to the EA servers.
