What sucks is I was *just* playing multiplayer. Finished those rounds, saw I had my Commendation pack in store, so I left game to avoid the "Unable to complete purchase" error. Loaded game up, and got this one. Its like side-stepping one ditch only to trip into a bigger one.

I really wish they'd put ME3 on Steam. This Origin thing is clearly Not Working.

some posts are over 12 hours old... any update? both single and multiplayer are not working.

I also get this not authorized message and can't log into MP. It happened last night and is continuing even now. Most of my friends weren't able to log in either. EA is really dropping the ball on this one. Count me as one of the unhappy EA subscribers.

I've got Win 7 64 ultimate as well as the N7 Collectors Edition, From Ashes, Resurgence, fully updated. I wonder if there's a pattern..

- Edit:

I noticed someone said they'd seen their commendation pack in the store. Have you checked your entitlements page to see if you've still earned it? I checked mine, but I dont see it.

(Hint, you can see if you've been awarded your entitlement by hovering over "My Games" on the BioWare Social Network page on the left side, then select "Your Registered Game Content" from the menu that pops up.)

im using windows 7 64bit
i have the n7 collectors edition, from ashes dlc, resurgence dlc, fully updated, and im unable to connect to mp at all, cant play sp either, its not aknowleging my online pass :(

my commendation pack isnt there on my registered game page, but i should have earned it because my lad has got his and we both played in that same gold match

I agree. I just got an error as well (constantly after several restarts of the game) "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. From Ashes

I also have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and the physical pre-order Collectors Edition from Amazon.de (Germany).

I was able to log into multiplayer to buy the event packs from the store and also play in MP but my single player save game is not accesable right now...

Worked fine yesterday...
PS: Reave sound bug seems to be back as well o.O

 I had same problem 1 month ago...reinstalled ME3..worked...now after playing the operation exrocists i just wanted to see what i got from winning a round on gold...it said i had to redeem my codes...WTF ?

so reinstalled ME3 thinking this worked before...well it did kind of..now it tells me unable to authorze the listed DLC....is this some kind of troll ?

I really love ME...all 3 and i dont want to blame bioware...but this is an EA problem..there the once taking care that this **** runs smothly...im reinstalling right now hopefull it will work...and if i dont get my victory pack after playing gold rounds im throughing a fit !!!

the only thing that worked last time was ME3 reinstallation

Getting "Unable to authorize From Ashes" error:

Windows 7 Home Premium
ME 3 N7 Collectors Edition (Physical)
From Ashes & Resurgence DLC installed
"Check for Update" in Origin returns saying that it's "up to date"

Yeah, I just did a livechat too and got the same response.  No troubleshooting... just yeah it's broken you'll just have to wait.  I had to ask them TWICE how long?  Hours?  Days?  Months?  They finally said hours.

The real irritating thing is it was blowing up on me two days ago. Couldn't maintain a connection, server kept barfing, etc... I didn't play at all yesterday, try to fire it up today and DRM fail.

I see commendation from Operation Goliath, which I've already redeemed. I don't see the commendation listed from Operation Exorcist. This is such BS!

I think that the problem is, at least for me that my connection to the alliance network pauses for a second or two before completing, in this time Origin thinks that there will be no connection and fails, seconds before the alliance network finishes loading, it really infuriating and Origin needs a fix ASAP!
