I noticed someone said they'd seen their commendation pack in the store. Have you checked your entitlements page to see if you've still earned it? I checked mine, but I dont see it.

(Hint, you can see if you've been awarded your entitlement by hovering over "My Games" on the BioWare Social Network page on the left side, then select "Your Registered Game Content" from the menu that pops up.)

I see commendation from Operation Goliath, which I've already redeemed. I don't see the commendation listed from Operation Exorcist. This is such BS!

I eventually had EA call me, they awarded my entitlement on their end of the scheme, but I still don't see it awarded to me on my registered game content. Grrr.

So like, EA can you and Valve just hug it out to avoid these problems in the future and put your stuff back on Steam? I'm pretty sure whatever cut Valve was trying to wrangle for in-app DLC purchase more or less balances out with outage issues and technical problems EA's has to pay their ops teams to deal with.

Not to sound grumpy or negative, but this was exactly the thing I was afraid of when Origin exclusivity was announced. Sometimes I hate being right.

Don't worry guys - you still make great games, Bioware. I'd just -- like to be able to play them.

This whole thing was doomed to fail. It's not anyone's fault from an engineering perspective, I guess, but this strategy reeks of business decisions made by someone who's use to making and selling breakfast cereal, not software.

It always gives me such a nice feeling when all the DLC I bought can't be used. Like throwing my head against a wall.

Extra note: I´ve got an authorization issue before. It showed, that authorization for Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement was missing. However everything seemed to work just fine.

On an extra note: Watch your step EA/Bioware you´re about to loose a lot here. ME3 allready made your fans loose faith and trust, don´t make them loose their hope too.

Unfortunately I have the same problem with the online pass as of right now. My info:

-N7 Collector's Edition [PC]
-Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
-From Ashes+Collector's Edition DLC, Resurgence Pack, N7 Warfare, Chakram Launcher, Reckoner Knight, and the M90 Indra Sniper Rifle are installed.
-I have Patch 1.01 and Patch 1.02 installed, and redeemed the Victory Pack for Operation Exorcist yesterday.

ok i completely reinstalled the game...updated everything...and it still tells me i have to redeem my codes and that i have no dlcs installed i have both from the ashes and the multiplayer dlc installed

Alright, I've found a way to get past the "Unauthorized DLC" message (the same way I've been getting past the "Purchase Failed" messages in the store). It may not work for you, but it's worth a shot right?

1) Load Mass Effect, when the error message pops up, don't click "ok."
2) Disconnect from your internet. Toggle Wifi off, unplug from ethernet, whatever.
3) Wait a few seconds and another message will pop up, something like "You have lost your connection to the server. Reconnect to access online content blah blah blah." Don't click "ok" to this either.
4) Reconnect to your internet, wait until it's finished connecting, then go back into ME and click ok to that second message.

It should pop you back out in the main menu and allow you to go into Multiplayer or load your saves without further error messages. I haven't tried actually playing a round of MP, but I was able to open my Commendation pack.

I just tested it a second and third time and it worked. What is the exact error you are getting?

Tried it three times myself too. As soon as I hit connect it takes me to an Online Pass Activation screen.
