I noticed someone said they'd seen their commendation pack in the store. Have you checked your entitlements page to see if you've still earned it? I checked mine, but I dont see it.
(Hint, you can see if you've been awarded your entitlement by hovering over "My Games" on the BioWare Social Network page on the left side, then select "Your Registered Game Content" from the menu that pops up.)
I see commendation from Operation Goliath, which I've already redeemed. I don't see the commendation listed from Operation Exorcist. This is such BS!

Not to sound grumpy or negative, but this was exactly the thing I was afraid of when Origin exclusivity was announced. Sometimes I hate being right.
Don't worry guys - you still make great games, Bioware. I'd just -- like to be able to play them.

This whole thing was doomed to fail. It's not anyone's fault from an engineering perspective, I guess, but this strategy reeks of business decisions made by someone who's use to making and selling breakfast cereal, not software.

Extra note: I´ve got an authorization issue before. It showed, that authorization for Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement was missing. However everything seemed to work just fine.
On an extra note: Watch your step EA/Bioware you´re about to loose a lot here. ME3 allready made your fans loose faith and trust, don´t make them loose their hope too.

3) Wait a few seconds and another message will pop up, something like "You have lost your connection to the server. Reconnect to access online content blah blah blah." Don't click "ok" to this either.
4) Reconnect to your internet, wait until it's finished connecting, then go back into ME and click ok to that second message.
It should pop you back out in the main menu and allow you to go into Multiplayer or load your saves without further error messages. I haven't tried actually playing a round of MP, but I was able to open my Commendation pack.
