I had this problem today, which was the first time I've tried to log into ME3 multiplayer in a while.
Which edition of the game do you own (standard, digital deluxe, etc)?
Standard

Which OS are you using?
Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Which DLC you have installed?
Only Resurgence

Did you get Patch 1.01?
Did you get Patch 1.02?
I have all current patches.

I also still don't have my commendation pack from the 2nd weekend operation (the one where you had to promote). I got my Victory pack for it today, but not the pack with the promotional item (and yes, I promoted 2 chars during that weekend and have "upload game data" enabled)

I just tested it a second and third time and it worked. What is the exact error you are getting?

Tried it three times myself too. As soon as I hit connect it takes me to an Online Pass Activation screen.

Ah, then you're getting a different error than mine. Mine just said that it couldn't authorize From Ashes (which is what this thread is about, DLC authorization failure), and didn't say anything about Online Passes.

I paste my post from another thread:

"I've put about 41 hours in the SP having From Ashes DLC from the start. Everything was working fine until today. I started the game and after the usual "Connecting to EA servers..." it failed to recognize the DLC, so I can't load my saved game because it says I need to connect Allience Network.
Is there a way to fix it? Why did it stop working?"

"Well I've just made it work. I unpluged my Internet. Started the game (no connection ofc). Loaded my saved game.

And a question: Has the offline gaming any negative effect on the gameplay?
When I acces War Assets the N7 Ops points from promoted MP's don't appear at first but after I open the War Map (even in offline mode) I gain the points.

good question but i have no idea...instead of going around this problem by unpluging the inet cable...reinstalling ME3/Origin or what ever, they should fix it already...its not the first time this happend to me...and i just love ME too much not to play it

So apparently they need to verify every account even though there's like 30 pages of people saying they're expericing this BUG.

Idiotic.

LOOOOOL it works...i just tried it if they did anything...and it worked...got my victory pack and all...i dont know what they did or was it something on my part...you guys should check in case you havent yet...maybe they resolved it.

Worked for me too. Connected, got into MP, that's great. Now for the bad part: I lost my Commendation pack from Operation Exorcist (checked weapons & equipment just to make sure there wasn't anything new. there wasn't.) I'm hoping it will be there later today.
