Finally got Commendation pack. Redeemed it, got 'failed to process error'. Restarted game. It gave me N7 Eagle. I already got Phalanx and Carnifax up to X, so I'm not sure how useful the Eagle will be. But thanks, I guess?

Oh, and bonus fun: my GaW map has gone down 5% since yesterday. Not a big deal for me, since one MP match will put it at 100%, but its still bs how it degrades just for shutting the game off.

Victory packs are usually worthless. Its the commendation pack where the good stuff supposedly is at.

I've been playing from the first week without issues. I have a standard version with the pre-order N7 gear. Now without doing anything I have the same problem. (Can't play the game at all)

Bloody annoying really.

It's now resolved. Clearly they have some connectivity issues managing this stuff on a global scale. Just have to be patient when it happens to you.

seeing as i have had this problem with from ashes since launch, and then with resurgence as well when it hit, i don't think being patient will help me much. It is in no way resolved and it's completely unacceptable that bioware/ea isn't doing anythng about this issue.

the only way i was able to play was by using a cracked .exe and now even that has stopped working, because the game won't connect to the internet anymore when i use the crack...

As an EU player, I'm still unable to play the game (all SP saves are using DLC) at all.

Seems like I'm not the only one with this problem with From Ashes. Hit me the first time yesterday. If your game can't connect to the EA server on the first try when the game loads then the DLCs become ''unauthorized', even after you manage a connection later and any savegames you made after 'the Eden Prime retrieval' will be unaccessible.

This is frakking ridiculous. In ME2 a DLC only needed to be authorized once AFAIK. Now it's every time you start the game. I feel like quoting some of Jack's famous lines regarding Cerberus... So now when EA screws up at the server, they're punishing their most faithful, loyal fans/players (we who got the Collector's Edition/bought the DLC) because we can't even play SP at that point.

Just thought I'd also post I had this issue since Friday the 4th (my birthday, coincidentally), and after reinstalling ME3, re-downloading all the DLC and talking to an extremely unhelpful live chat advisor, I decided to leave the game alone and just keep up to date with this forum. This morning, however, booted up ME3, and whaddya know? It works again! No messages, no clue as to why it wasn't working before, all I know is I got my hard-earned packs and it's been working fine all day. EA's got a lot of **** to sort out.

Uhh, exactly how to get a commendation pack? Cuz I've been playing exactly as the instruction says. Kill Phantoms on Gold.

Hi, I got pre-ordered the standard version running on windows 7. Ive installed the n7 pack and resurgence but in ashes just wont authenticate. purchased and installed but it always tells me it cant authenticate and i need to log into alliance network (which i am already logged into).

Can someone help?

Did you try it with Origin set to offline mode?

Well, once you do that you cant access any of your cloud saved games, and in my case, no access to the dlc.

Still no change for me I checked this morning. Still same "Online Pass" Issue as always. I did check for an update and it did install something around 26 MB but didn't change anything.

Got the 26MB patch too, but nothing c hanged. So I have come up with a simple step-by-step guide for EA/BioWare:

1. Fix
2. It
3. Fix It (Please)

Well, once you do that you cant access any of your cloud saved games, and in my case, no access to the dlc.




You can force Origin to Offline mode by unplugging your Internet connection, then start the game from the Game Desktop shortcut or the Game exe. The online DLC check is in this case also disabled and the Game will run. 
Of course you have to disable the cloud first.
Also Check your local save games.  

This is, of course, only working with Single Player.

Which OS are you using: Windows 7 Home premium 64bit
Which DLC you have installed: From Ashes, Mass Effect 3 sound track, N7 collectors edition materials, resurgence.
Did you get Patch 1.01: yes
Did you get Patch 1.02: yes
latest updates installed.

First problem was unautorize listed dlc from ashes. Look likes the online adviser has fix this problem. He did something at the server. Now my message is unable to autorize listed dlc. collectors edition online pass entitlement.

Contacted at least 12 online advisers.
Had to do reinstal my pc, reinstal the game, repair the game, update the game, go offline with origin, close internet connection and after a few minutes restart internet connection,
port forwarding, disable firewall, register clean, temp files removed.
The problem is not fixed. Have played the game many times until a couple of weeks ago the problems started. How can this problem be at my pc? Did not do anything with my pc from the moment i could play the game to the moment i got the problems.

This problems must be at ea/bioware/origin servers.
Please help us, we fans would like to play this fantastic game again.

Hope that next time i try the game it will work or after next time speaking with an online adviser the problem will be solved. They just think it is a problem at youre own pc. That is the problem, the online advisers need to now that it is a problem with the servers. They always want you to do the same even if you told them you did this many times with other advisers.

EA Support closed my case even though they haven't fixed my access issue. I emailed me3accountadmin@bioware.com and they said that they found an irregularity with my account, but no information was given as to what the solution was going to be or the timeframe in which it would be delivered.
