I am aso unable to play my downloaded DLC (resurgence multiplayer). Same message "unable to validate listed DLC Resurgence multiplayer. I bought ME3 w/ ASHES dlc from origins (Digital Deluxe edition) - no problem with that dlc validation, what gives?
I actually unistalled the entire game and reinstalled it - did not help. I also manually clocked on each of the add-ons and updated them and also repaired instaled them - that did not work either.

not sure what else i can do to prove to the stupid system that it is my computer/user acount...

Adding intrusive DRM which breaks your product will make PC users find their own 'work arounds', Bioware. Please don't make us resort to SKIDROW and RAZOR.

Problem solved, at least for me.

Decided to try and login on my machine with another account and got the same error. Then used the other account on a different computer and it worked, the Multiplayer DLC loaded. So, i suspected it was my computer and not anything on EA's side.

So next steps... I shut down the game and Origins. Uninstalled origin's client. Went through Registry and deleted any keys with "Mass Effect 3" in it. About 15 probably. Then i deleted the DLC and all config files i could find in the actual game folder. I did not fully delete the game nor did i delete my save games. But in the same game folder i did delete some config / meta looking files.

Re-installed origins, re-installed the DLC's and now everything seems to be working.

Indeed. We require a bioware post to acknowledge this issue. I am on my third service ticket for this service.

The first solution both of the previous tickets from strange indian names were to copy paste the install directions from Origin.

After I told them both they werent paying attention they came up with different solutions.

The first solution was to run ipconfig reconfigurations.

The second individuals solutions were to play with my account settings and make me redownload the game.

Neither solution provided any change to the messege I am getting in game.

Very angering.

At the very least please let us know you acknowledge that this is an issue with EA's validation and that you are looking into it. Silence is disrespect for your customers.

The service is a joke. Everytime I talk to techie I have this wierd feeling he doesnt read what I write. And always answers like reinstal, reinstal with revo, reinstal origin, reinstal everything- that's what I did without their help.

Nope, now I switched tech support to polish one :).
Only thing that made my resurgence DLC work was using FlyVPN program. Then I could see "downloadable content" option in my main menu and I could actually play this DLC too bad the moment trail version of FlyVPN expired I got disconeccted From game. And after another launch the problem with Authorization came back

Reinstallation took forever and didn't work for me. How sad.

I spent another hour on with EA's tech support. This time i told the guy he was not allowed to copy paste stuff for me to do. I told him to remove the dlc from my account and let me readd it.

We tried that. Fail.

He deleted my N7 digital deluxe and readded it.

We tried this. Also fail.

He spent a lot of time tinkering. Had me delete my local files which I am guessing were my encrypted key because after Origin restarted it appeared again.

No success.

After all of this and more he told me he was elevating it, and I told him to please include this forum thread to understand that many users are having this issue.

Hopefully some progress...

Hi all,

We are already investigating this issue with the Origin team. You can help us to track down the problem faster if you reply to this forum with the following info:

Which edition of the game do you own (standard, digital deluxe, etc)?
Which OS are you using?
Which DLC you have installed?
Did you get Patch 1.01?
Did you get Patch 1.02?

I'm on Standard, running Vista, I have From Ashes and the MP Pack installed. I'm up to patch 1.02. I can play MP just fine, but ever since the patch I can't play single player because From Ashes is supposedly missing.

No, i don't have hamachi. And yep, this option is turned on.
Properly, reinstall the OS helped me. In main menu is a option "Downloadable content" yet and not anything error's messages.

Hi there, I am an owner of Mass Effect Collector's Edition on PC. I am experiencing this unable to authorize the listed DLC issue as well. Everytime when I start up Mass Effect 3, an error message will pop up stating: ' Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Allience Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. Resurgence Multiplayer Expansion.' ever since I downloaded and installed the resurgence dlc from Origin, I have not been able to play the Multiplayer mode of Mass Effect 3.

I am running the game on Windows 7 on a laptop and I have the latest version of Mass Effect 3, patch 1.02. Just a wild assumption here, I beleive there is something wrong with the origin server not being able to recognize and authenticate the code for resurgence DLC. Thus this may explain why I DO NOT have a resurgence DLC listed in my registered game content of Mass Effect 3 on my Bioware Social Network account.

Please do fix this Bioware, I don't want to miss out on the Weekend event!
