"Solved the problem!

Opened origin, and selected Show Game Details on ME3, then I clicked the Earth DLC with the right mouse button, and selected Repair Install.

So, I just repaired the DLC installation, and it worked! "

This worked for me to, but I have to repair both Earth and Extended Cut instalations.

Thanks!

So I found out some of my DLCs were corrupted so I fixed them, but it didn't work. I'm really getting frustrated because I moved and my friend from back home wants to play with me and talk to me on multiplayer and it won't let me get on.

I have not been able to play ME3 since early august. Whenever i try to start the game, i get a message that says: "unable to authorize the listed dlc: From ashes" or something like that. The problem has happened before, and always fixed itself, but ever since the last update i have been unable to fix it. This is getting really annoying since i have been unable to play one of my favorite games.Any ideas o how to fix this?

make sure your firewall isnt blocking the game, everytime theres some kind of update mine gives a popup nad makes me re allow internet access (it happened wiht internet explorer on windows xp with the built in firewall so its not exactly a new issue) for those that arre useing pc's

also you need ot check for updates on each of the dlc's in turn beacuse the game doesnt update them (cos origin is junk) when you check on the main game>>>>>>

i found theres updates on half the dlc's although strangely not on leviathan

I'm stuck with this too. I am getting really irritated with Origin lately, it's always freezing and lagging on a perfectly good i5 PC.

I can't even right click on my ME3 game in the Origin "My Games" tab because I accidentally clicked refresh, and it has been refreshing for like 2 days now. >_>

simple fix press ctl +alt+del and end task on origin, rrestarrt it from the desktop icon or from main menu after a few minutes and then perform the right click operations >>>

also if its frozen in a loop you might need to reboot both your pc and router in order to break the pre established conections and create new ones

I haven't been able to connect since the olympics... I reinstalled Origin, repair installed all my DLCs and the game, updated the game, updated Origin, reinstall the game and still nothing worked. EA support keeps telling me that their escalation team will get right on it and they haven't.

Had this problem since buying the game a few nights back. Followed the advice of this thread.. googled a few more threads having the same discussion on this forum. game is up to date. can't connect to any DLC's unless i play in offline mode.. and i can't connect to the MP at all..i'd complain about the customer service..but that doesn't seem to phase bioware much..so i'm just going to end it here.

Soooooo......bump......

I don't have any hope here... I just. think it's lame i'm going to have no choice to download a multiplayer crack to play something i already paid for.... i mean come on... if the amatuers can set up something that works... what's biowares problem here.. i'd to play the multiplayer at least once.. you can lock me out of the game afterwards.. just let me get a taste so i feel i got my moneys worth..

Yep still waiting for a fix for this since the first bit of DLC I downloaded, Bioware I still have some faith in you, PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE or at least put pressure on EA to fix it, I tried their 'support' lines and after 50 messages of which a half were suggesting fixes for Battlefield 3 and all of which coming from a call centre in India I've lost the will to live. Please Bioware let me play the game I paid for and you worked so hard to create!

Found another issue with this since my roommate got her own copy of the game now so that we can both play together:

She bought the collectors edition for herself and also installed it on this desktop (since this one is better she uses this one while I'm not here), however, ever since then I keep getting the message that I have unauthorized collectors edition content when I Start from my account, and she gets it about all the DLC I have on my account, we can just click "Okay I don't give a rats ass" and move on but it's really anoying.

Also since then I am unable to purchase packs with bioware points, please fix, I want to throw more money at the store.

Finally solved the issue for me!

I was having the issue of whenever I signed in I would get the error messages for "ea servesr not available at this time - please try again later" and then "unable to authorize DLC" after that.

How I fixed the problem was accidental, but I could care less how accidental it was as I can now connect and play MP! and all of my DLC's are authorized!

I am using Win 7 64 bit. What I did when just messing around trying some fixes was as follows:

1. Open start menu in bottom left corner of desktop
2. Type "Origin" into the search bar at the bottom of the start menu
3. After waiting a few seconds for several search results to appear, the orange Origin logo icon will show up
4. Click and Drag that icon onto your desktop
5. Attempt to open Origin via the icon that you just dragged onto your desktop, this will cause it to download a 45MB update for itself.
6. After update has downloaded, it will throw all of the Origin files onto your desktop, and also bring up the Origin log-in screen.
7. Create a new folder on your desktop for all of the origin files that were downloaded, to keep things neat.
8. Sign into origin, run ME3, and viola, that's all it took for me to be able to connect properly and no errors of DLC being unauthorized.

I REALLY hope that this works for you guys as well as it did for me, as I have spent the past several days scowering forums and sending emails trying to get a fix. I'm not 100% sure why this solved my issue, but it did. I assume it has something to do with Origin being re-updated/re-synched?

Edit: a little extra info: I have the digital deluxe version of ME3, playing on win 7 64 bit
Please leave feedback saying whether or not this worked for you!
