Hi there Scylla,

My problem has already been fixed after talking with a couple of techs on EA help, but in an effort to help the other folks out who have also had this problem I'll throw in my information too.

I have the N7 Collector's edition (disk version)
Running Windows Vista
And since the problem started with me last Friday (April 6), I only had whatever updates were out at the time (however, I will say that when it first happened I still had access to From Ashes, but after downloading the Resurgence pack, I was no longer able to access From Ashes)

Like I said, everything is going fine (as of now, anyway) after talking with EA help (had to uninstall ME3, was given a new code to access the N7 edition, downloaded N7 edition and given a new code for From Ashes -> everything is good)

Edit: a bit more info for you, I also had the Indra rifle, all pre-order bonuses (a buddy gave me his for the N7 warfare gear as he didn't want it for some reason, I had the AT-12 shotgun and Argus rifle), Collector's Edition material, etc.  When it first happened, I was unable to connect to the EA servers and my Online Pass was not being recognized (some screenshots have been posted in this thread:  http://social.biowar...10307454-1.html )

AT12 Raider Shotgun, From Ashes, M90 Indra Sniper Rifle, N7 Collector's Edition Materials, Resurgance, Reckoner Knight armor.
Running on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Game first discovered broken (unable to authorize DLC) on Sat Apr 7 2pm Eastern US. Last successfully played Thursday April 5th, around 1pm Eastern US. My error originally stated only From Ashes was unavailable, but the following day I had the extra information that my online entitlement was missing too.

Game broke when I was on 1.01, now patched to 1.02. Case escalated with EA help, they estimate (as of this morning) 1-2 weeks for a response due to their workload.

My game ran fine till Resurgence. I have the Digital Deluxe (came with Ashes) on a 64 bit Win, had no problem with ME 3 (besides the SP ending) till the MP DLC failed to properly authorize after grabbing it on Tues.. Haven't played since :(
Any word on how to "log into the alliance network" and get the free DLC authenticated?

My friend has the same problem. He bought the game on Origin, but after resurgence, each time he want to play, he has to reset the router.

Same just with Win 7 Pro 64. I had the issue of needing the "Online Pass"  before the patch but now patched and downloaded Resurgence DLC. Issue still remains that I need an "Online Pass" so can't authorise DLC so can't load SP Saves or play MP.

Most recent Patches

Note: There were alot of problems with the Date check for my account/Game.

I just encountered the "Cannot authorize DLC: From Ashes" thing today. Few days ago I got the online pass problem but they managed to fix that thankfully. I play MP A LOT!

1. PC N7 Collectors Retail Version
2. Windows Vista 64bit
3. From Ashes(worked fine till today) and Resurgance(works fine now)
4. Yes
5. Yes

Hey guys,
I am an owner of Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Edition and I had the 'Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Allience Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. Resurgence Multiplayer Expansion'  problem for Mass Effect 3 on my Winodws 7 64bit ever since I downloaded and installed resugence DLC from Origin. However I fixed the problem by performing a complete reinstall of the game.

Here is what I did:

1. Manually uninstall Mass Effect 3. (Please follow the instruction in this Link https://help.ea.com/...3?showhome=true).

2. Download Mass Effect 3 from your Origin Client and reinstall.

3. Here is the important part. Once when ME3 finishes its installing process, you may want to restore your save profile which you had backed up before uninstalling the game, however that being said, do not copy the whole original bioware folder (which contains your local save profiles) to replace the new bioware folder that was generated after reinstalling. Instead, only copy the save file located in your old bioware folder and paste it on the new bioware' save folder. The bioware' save file location may vary depends on your operating system. For my case, ME3's save file is located at: Documents:/ Bioware/Mass Effect 3/save.

4. Now after you have completed above steps, start up Mass Effect 3 and observe whether the problem persists. If not congratulation and enjoy your game.

My method may not work for everyone. But please do provide feedback whether or not this solves your issue.

didn't work for me - anyhow thanks for your given support, I have the German boxed version from N7 CE, WIN7 64 bit, all patches, DLC'S and extra contents installed.

before reinstalling anything just check If you have "update to the pre-release version if available" option selected in orgin's settings.? If not select it restard orgin, check for updates for mass effect and try again.

It was selected, updates checked - no success. For me the problem appeared after installing the Resurgence DLC. It should be now in responsibility of Bioware/EA to get this issue solved and closed.

My problem started about 2 and a half weeks ago, before the Resurgence pack.  Just get the "Unable to authorize Online Pass or From Ashes DLC"
