What annoys me most is that the only way to fix this issue right now is through EA Support. Which is total hit and miss as to whether you actually get someone that can help you. It should't be an issue at all. There is NO Online Pass for PC so this should not even happen.
And not necessary they can help at this time either...take my last session with them last night, when I ask them for an update on my case, they could only told me 2 things:
1. I've tried practically every solution in the book and failed
2. Techs at Bioware is working on a solution to this problem.
Don't know if I should be less pissed or something else...

Windows 7 Standard
DLC:All
Patches: All
Cannot join any games hosted by my friends, neither can they join any games I host. They have the standard issue of Mass Effect. They Can connect to each other and I can join random games of multiplayer online. Does the Deluxe Edition have an Incompatibility with Standard Edition as a result of the Resurgence DLC?
This Idea sprung from the Different Name attributed to my Mass Effect 3 by Origin (Mass Effect 3 N7), Given that Origin is EA, does that mean that EA servers read my game as a Different Product and make them Unable to connect?

Well I too have done all the solutions offered here(Repair, Uninstall etc.) So I don't think I should have to sit in a que for 30 minutes to have an EA Advisor who has no clue on the issue tell me to do the same things...

In the version that works not, the game First checks the DLC's, then shows the message with the authorisation, and then connects to the alliance network and the screen with the news opens.
I mean that logicly can't work... checking the DLC's befor connecting to the alliance network!!!!

I mensioned that have a version that works and one that works not. It seems that in the version that works, it connects first to the alliance network and the screen opens and After that the game checks for the DLC's.

i also noticed this and at first i didnt think this could be what is causing the problem. but now that you mention that on the version where it works, it first logs on to alliance network and then checks for dlc, it is obvious that this must be the issue for everyone.
can people that are having the same problem verify that it does this the other way around for them as well?
obviously it cant verify if it checks for dlc first and THEN logs in to alliance netwrok...fix this bioware!

Maybe there is no trigger --> only check for authorisation IF connection to alliance network is established.
Could be different causes that delay the connection to alliance network.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago, and after getting on Live Chat (twice, first tech wasn't able to help) the second tech I was matched up with fixed the problem.
It wasn't the most elegant solution, but I finally had to uninstall ME3, was given a code to redeem the ME3 N7 edition (new product code), reinstall, and the problem was fixed. My copy, before the new code, was also not recognizing From Ashes, and I was given a new code for that as well, which fixed that problem.
Please note, that it may depend on your luck of the draw as to if the tech is able to help you out. Some people had luck with the first tech they were matched with, others had to contact several before they were able to get the problem fixed.
Hope this works for you guys having trouble! And if you already tried the above and are still having problems, don't stop bugging the appropriate Bioware/EA folks! This is a pretty big deal and I'd hate for them to stop at the "new code" solution, as it probably could happen again (hopefully not, but you never know!).

Just an update. I previously reported just the "Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement" being unauthorized. Today, I get the "From Ashes" DLC added below that in the error message.

This was the same sort of problem I was having a couple weeks ago. How did you report the problem?
The only reason I ask is that I originally started out through email contact at help.ea.com, and never received a response that way. I finally broke down and used Live Chat, and the second time around got a tech that was able to help me.
I don't know if they've figured out the root cause of the issue, but it is something on their end of things. I was given new redemption codes for both the N7 edition of ME3 and From Ashes. Had to uninstall and download the game (even though I have a disc copy), but it worked.
Guys, please try contacted EA help through Live Chat, and if they aren't able to help, keep on it. This seems to be the only way to fix the problem right now.

The problem has now been solved. I persisted with getting help from at least 2 Live Chat advisors. Now, I can play both single and multiplayer with no issues (hopefully this will last).
I can attest to what others have reported here in the forums:
1. The issue most probably lies at the EA servers (or maybe Origin connecting to EA servers). Somehow, it doesn't recognize the original product code(s) registered to my account even though this was not a problem before. What causes this "uncoupling" of DLC from a gamer's account and why now... I guess we won't know till Bioware provides some answers.
At least for me, it was not a software or hardware issue from my side (done multiple manual uninstalls, reinstalls, check/update/repair DLCs, cleared cache, altered registry entries to no avail) > these are the things Live Chat advisors get you to do first but these measures didn't work for me.
2. To solve this in an expedient fashion, just like what mjb203 suggested, connect with a Live Chat advisor and hope that they understand what you're trying to put across. I had to submit my product codes for the main game and From Ashes DLC, then I was given a new product code. I was asked to exit Origin and re-log in to enter the new product code and when I restarted, the game was working okay.
I hope this new product code will not cause some repercussions later... and I wish all those affected to get this resolved in the near future.
