Same here. My issue started after a failed purchase, and now I can't authorized DLC, or the Online Pass.

This sucks, trying to repair installation now, will complain to Live Chat if this doesn't work.

Worked fine until about 16 hours ago, now it won't let me authorize the downloaded DLC.

Has been about a week since I last played ME3, just got that "unable to authorize the listed dlc". Funny enough when Bioware just gave me back items I lost with the reset according to their reply

Worked fine all the time until about 5 hours ago it won't let me authorize ashes and resurgence DLC. Not funny.

Everything was fine this morning about three hours ago. Haven't changed anything or downloaded anything at all on my computer (ME or otherwise) yet when I tried to log in now, I get that error. Can't multi-play right now as my Resurgence toons I've been leveling are gone.

I got the digital download version on release day and downloaded Resurgence on release day as well.

Same problem here. Started today for no apparent reason.

N7 Collectors edition on PC
Windows 7 Professional (X64)
All patched up, and have all DLC installed. (Along with Ashes and Resurgence)

Same thing is happening to me. Worked fine last night, but when I tried to log in about 20 minutes ago it stopped being able to authorize my DLC.

On a PC, Win7, have all the DLC (Resurgence, From Ashes, and the Collector's Edition stuff), and have the most recent patch.

I literally got this error after playing a game of multiplayer. logged out to go grab a bite to eat came back and was not able to get in due to the unable to authorize the listed dlc error. To add insult to injury i received this email from Bioware this morning.

Hello,

There was an issue in Mass Effect 3 that affected a very small number of people and caused them to lose their items while playing multiplayer. This issue was brought to our attention and BioWare fixed the problem. All of the players affected have already been notified. We want you to know that we have not forgotten about you and we have now returned the lost items to your multiplayer inventory.

This worked fine completed From Ashes mission no problem now will not let me resume the game.
