I just spent ~1million credits on the new packs (16 spectre packs). Earlier today prior to the announcement that packs were (broken) I spent 180k (3 Spectre packs). Now, being about 1.2million credits poorer, I have no new items to show for it. Is the bug still bugged? I have all common unlocks, all uncommon unlocks, and most rare unlocks already so I have a truly hard time believing it was just bad luck. Will Bioware be helping us to recoup our losses on account of the bug?

Also, I noted that the Spectre packs did not in fact state that they contained new content. After restarting the game, the description now states that they contain new items

After a couple of problematic attempts explaining the issue to a Live Chat Rep, I am on the phone with them now. Will post an Update after I found out how they are handling resolutions and recoupment of lost credits

After being told several times that the Rep was both unable to help me and unable to escalate the issue, I remained adamant and the issue has been escalated to the Developement Team. It will take 5-10 business days for me to hear back from anyone at this point.

The Rep did say that numerous people have been having this issue which worries me, as if you do not stick to your guns regarding a solution, there is a good issue you will be told they cannot help you.

They also said to post issues and complaints here on the forums as it brings it to the devs sooner. Hopefully this needle in the haystack will be found so I can (Selfish, I know) have my issue resolved
