That's a safety requirement on all vehicles. It's not even comparable. ME3 had an ending, just like every car has brakes. Using your illustration: You weren't happy with the stock brakes you were given, so you demand high end racing brakes be put on your car. The dealer refuses to do that. Instead, they offer you a compromise;  a discount on after market brakes that you can purchase later. Would you accept, or storm out of the dealership?

You don't like brakes, fine.

The dealer says to me: "Here take this car with a pink paint job even though we agreed on a blue one."

Happy now? LOL

1) You can't play the "Grissom Academy" mission (The bug is present only in the Italian version and I'm Italian).
2) Multiplayer has some bugs too (even if they aren't "big")..
3) I get an error trying to import my Shepard.
4) They told me that the patch will be available today, but it won't (it's 11:00 pm for me and I think that everyone will get the patch tomorrow, if Microsoft doesn't refuse it).
5) It took more than one month to relase a patch that....
6) ... doesn't work properly.
7) I'm very linked to the Mass Effect series more than a normal fan (I had some serious health problems but discussing about this is beyond the scope of this topic).

Oh, and I just "wait patienly" for a non working patch.

That's all we can do. Flaming BioWare/EA/MS and each other won't speed up the process, it'll just make us more miserable.

A few days ago this patch was announced officially. What more communication do you want?

They're probably reading that topic now and realising that it still doesn't work 100%. Just wait for another announcement update.

As I said, I was also redirected in one of the other two threads, not my fault.  Is there something special you are waiting for here that's not face bug related?  We need further communication about status way sooner than a few days ago.  I can go back and track the delays in communication if you want, but it's not pretty.  Somebody else here will likely beat me to it...

if anyone thinks the MP bugs are not BIG, then you have not played enough, or you are OK with really bad match making and connectivity for on online shooter. Too many companies have done this right by now that I can't accept this. It's addictively fun, when it WORKS.

I'm here because I want my patch to sort out the face bug so I can start me renegade femshep playthrough.

As far as I know, the type of 'frequent communication' that you and some others are looking for from a private company is surely expecting too much. This forum isn't a chatline. BioWare are under no obligation to tell us their daily activities and be glad that they've already told us that they are working on it.

Complete silence would have been worse.

Yes, that's all we can do. But really I'm not pissed off like others here, I just wait patienly. Today I post more than usual just because I thought that the patch was about to be released, but really I'm not that nervous... 
I don't think that I'm miserable only because I described my situation.

Yea but it's really annoying when there has been a major problem in a tripple A title for a month after the game came out with no fix. A problem that was made apparent befor release and game reviewers have even came out and said when they were given their copy to review PR tried to convince them to play a new character because importing is a "luxury".  Then when we are promised a patch to fix said problem it's late, and there are people complaining that there are problem with the patch already. It's not the end of the world, it's just a bit unprofessional and annoying.

Bioware fixed our unpredictable grissom accademy bug as soon as they could, and they did that well. As italian, i don't dare to criticize a slight delay which very likely isn't their fault.  Be patient, they deserve it from us.

Just chiming in as another annoyed fan, waiting for the face import fix...

To reiterate, MS is usually pretty good about having patches up on time, so I find it hard to believe it's a problem on their end...
