I tried recreating my Shepard and the attempt turned out horribly. I deleted the file in the hopes that this patch works correctly. I hope I didn't jump the gun for nothing.

Feeling quietly confident here. When I went on the ME3 CC all the options for my Shephard
 (hair, silly 'tache etc) were there, so it should work...

A lot of my options (bar the hair, which now doesn't exist) still exist too. I'm hoping but not expecting too much given the success rates. Will post a comparison screenie for what I managed to do and what Bioware patched it to do.

Got it (in UK). Not 100% perfect, but better than I could manage with the CC myself! Cheers Bioware, better late than never...

The patch is up, just got it.
Face import works just fine. Finally I can enjoy the game.

The facial features seem to be ok, but I think they've not made up the femsheps as prettily as the previous 2 games. Needs more eyeshadow.

I'm pretty impressed! The differences from my attempt are subtle but there and it finally feels like I'm playing *my* Shep. It's worth saying though that I still had to tweak the sliders a tiny bit, though just to change mouth width.

Got it - tried it a few minutes ago, and I can safely say it is my Shepard from ME1 & 2.

I think those who say it hasn't fixed it may be ones who haven't got an ME1 Shep - but please correct me if I am wrong. It has definitely fixed mine.

UK here too and no patch for the 360.

I'm not confident though. I used the same Shepard in all three games on the 360 and PC, the PC patch didn't fix the problem there.

That's really strange! I thought the patch was released by country, not in sections within that country. I'm in Hertfordshire if that's any help to understanding why you haven't got it yet?

Sorry I know this is a 360 thread but does anyone know if PC has the patch yet?  I went to face import and it is still broken for one of my Sheps.  A few of my other ME1 Sheps seem to work though (I did not change their face at all in ME2).

I think if you didn't change it from ME1, the raw data must import over. I'm on 360 and it did it fine.

it was out for 2 days now for the pc, but the problems with face accuracy are still there.

Me neither, i get into the menu, it starts to connect to EA server, then my xbox freezes. Super annoying since i can't even play story now. Can't get far enough to turn off EA server auto connect. Is this happening with a lot of people ?

great, patch is out! can´t wait to try it out when i come home from work and see if it deliveres better results than the workaround - right now there are a few posts that it works better than before and some where the patch didn´t work at all - but at least there are some positive posts, this gives me some hope.
