So all is good for you ? Could you describe what happened exactly so i can compare...? Did you simply keep turning it back on and evetually it just worked?

Just like the bold part ( it starts to connect to EA server, then my xbox freezes). After turning the xbox off and on again, I kept on getting into the game, then the third time it didn't freeze.

But my friend didn't get the update, so we cannot play xD

Woot!!! Just got the patch and there's my Shepard! Face bug squashed!!

My very first Shepard lives again.

Got the patch for my 360, my error message has disappeared! My Shepard still looks nothing like MY Shepard though. I only have one as well, same Shepard from ME1 all the way through ME2 has now been replaced by some plasticine faced, fatter, pod person. The only things about the face that are the same are the ear shape and the fact that she has a head.

Huh.. that can't be right, says the update is just 4MB, how come people are saying it was 40+MB?

Anyway, let's see...

Attempting to import my first ME1/ME2 Shep...

It HAS got past the error message - so I guess that's fixed.
It ALMOST imported my ManShep properly, so I see that's NOT fixed as well as it could be.

Let's see with my others...

Shep 2 = hasn't even remotely imported properly (and she's my fave Shep dammit)
Shep 3 = hasn't even remotely imported properly (another 'she')
Shep 4 = hasn't even remotely imported properly (another 'she')

So, out of four, only one imports relatively OK, ALL the FemSheps fail to import properly.

I guess, ultimately, the patch FAILED to fix the problem other than remove the error message - FemSheps definitely still get shafted... stellar work... you sure this went through testing?

Mine worked fine, so clearly it's not a universal fix. However, I am pleased I can now start a proper ME3 run-through!

The new patch worked for my ME2 Femshep import but not the male. It's still broke Bioware.

And, naturally, there's no reply to the feedback they so earnestly "listen" to saying it still doesn't fix the problem...  If you can't fix it just effing say so instead of giving us misinformation.

Just got the 360 patch and it gives the same poor results for my female Shepard as the PC one did.

The eyebrow colour and hair is off. The mouth shape is different. There is also a noticeable plastic quality to the face compared to the previous two games, from ME2 especially. Also there is something funky about the eyes I find off-putting.

My skin tone isn't there either, so she either looks pale as a ghost or like she's been under the sunbed for too long.

It should be listed on the top of the character face screen. When I started my second play through I noticed it there. I simply wrote down the code and in ME3 there is a selection near the bottom  left where you can enter the face code.
