I was just playing with my salarian engineer on the new firebase hydra map and I was unable to reload my assault rifle, either with bonus thermal clips or from the ammo boxes in the game. However I could literally spam every .33 seconds incinerate and overload. Any fixes? Thank you.

I've had this happen to me plenty of times pre-dlc. I find that letting off a few rounds near the ammo box enables you to reload in most instances.

Were you also mostly immune to damage? Had this happen to me twice, where I couldn't load ammo from crates or from reload consumables. Enemies ignored me, and I could stand in the path of fire and take no damage. The wave ended, and I was still stuck... felt like a leech, except I was moving around.

No, eventualy they killed me. But I did had about 50 tech with incinerate and overload. And i couldn't reload in any of the 10 rounds

Happened to me also a couple of times.
I believe it's some lag glitch that bugs you untill the end of the game (or if the host leaves and a wave is restarted)

This has happened several times to me before the DLC. So they are not related.
