During multiplayer the game occaisionally disconnects all the players and does not grant any experience or credits for anybody. For me this happens often, I will be playing with three other people and we will get to wave 10 or 11 on a silver or a gold challenge and them--boom--AOE disconnect. That's 15 to 20 minutes wasted and what do we see for it: northing. No credits earned, no experience, nothing.
It this was a problem on my end then I'd fix it. But it is not--it's a problem on your end caused by your servers. I have been in vent with other players when we all get the disconnect. We are all still connected to the internet and to each other--it is Mass Effect 3 that screws up and boots us all. And then gives us no reward for the time spent.
THE SOLUTION:
Reward accounts on a per-wave basis. If I make 15k credits by wave 6 then I should get those credits immediately. I should not have to wait until the end of all the waves to get my reward. Because the way it is you game owes me about a million credits due to the amount of times it has booted me out of a game on wave 10 or 11. I mean that literally, the game literally has taken over a million credits from disconnects alone.
Fix your client, please.
The problem with my solution is that players might abuse it and quit the game after, say, a wave where they get a lot of credits. By rinsing and repeating said players could simply do the easy levels and then quit before doing the harder levels. Such a behavior would make finishing all 11 waves difficult. To offset this: increase the rewards at the late game, and decrease the rewards at the early game. And please add a bonus for completeing of all 11 waves to give players incentives to play all the way through.
