 I was very disappointed that the character creator doesn't allow you to customize elf ears at all. The elven NPCs in the game have all sorts of variations of tilt and length of their ears, but in the character creator you can only have ears that lie very flat against your head. Is there any addon that gives more options? I can't run the toolset because I'm running XP SP2.

If you check out some of the character packages at the Dragon Age Nexus, you can get some fan-made preset faces that have various elf ear styles. You still can't change them in the character creation process, but you can at least have something besides the default PC flat-to-the-head ears. The downside is they poke through helmets, so you'll want to grab one of the no-helmet mods or resign yourself to not wearing a hat.

I'd love for a mod or more elven presets with proper pointy ears. Esp. male elven presets. The toolset refuses to cooperate with my uptodate Vista (crapware TM) so that's no option for me either.
