i just did a silver on my engineer lvl 20 and got 1st in points.We finished and they said they were going to remove me because I took all the points. Some people just like to see their name in spam.

They didn't know that points and XP are shared? Sound like some people that you shouldn't play with, anyway.

You don't understand. It is common to suicide after completing the wave 10 objective to save time. Failing still gives credits, but sometimes you have one idiot running around with no clue as to what's going on, and he makes the round 8 minutes longer by playing just by himself. I'll say it again, you deserved to be kicked for not taking a hint.

I find it funny that you think you can deem what people "deserve" for trying to complete the round.

Maybe if everyone else hadn't died, it wouldn't be a problem. Maybe they "deserve" to sit there and wait for the one person who managed to not fail and die.

Yeah I've been there a couple of times with my Quarian Infiltrator. Silver challenge, came in second place I believe, instant kick. People are jerks =/

The reasons for being kicked could be important or trivial - if you are not being dumb, it's not your fault, so don't worry about it.

Kicking anyone on Bronze because of their N7 or class level is not right. I try to keep an eye on Level 1/1 players and pick them up when they die. We all started there.

I will kick you if you have your Kinect mike live so I can hear your family &/or kids. Check your microphone settings. Shooting Geth is less fun when you are on your phone chatting to someone 'on mike'. Though I did enjoy one guy rubbishing his boss to a colleague on the phone. Singing is also bad.

I will give you a little time to sort yourself out, particularly if you are low level. Otherwise, being in the lobby means you are ready (or nearly ready) to play. I'm usually the last to kick, but if two others kick, I will follow with mine.

And while we're straight talking, starting a game means you will try to stay for all eleven waves, not leave part-way through. If you must answer the door, take cover for a moment, and come back. If near enough, take cover in the LZ so we have an even chance of a full extraction.

If a player has skipped and we are down to 3, I won't abandon the game, but will try my best for the other two (I won't blow my medi-gel though). Earlier today I has one then two others duck out, leaving me solo for 7 waves until my heroic death.

This (on wave 10) plus lots of insults on the chat from one of the players. Can't understand why people take it so seriously...

ya i told the guy it was no big deal because xp and credits are shared but he flipped out and they kicked me. Again I think they just liked seeing there name killing something. IDC like you said not the kind of people I want to be grouped with anyway

I was trying out my newly unlocked Salarian Infiltrator today (level 18, N7 ~200) with my Mantis X. Made it through an easy bronze match, so moved on to silver--white, cerberus. We wiped on wave 10 hack unfortunately, but I ended up second in points, including 10 revives. Insta-kick. wtf?

**** happens. Today i was hitting gold with 2 friends of mine, so for a couple of rounds we let random people tag along. However, after 2 or 3 rounds, a third friend came online, thus we kicked the random stranger and invited our friend.

Nothing personal, just how it goes.

I've gotten kicked a few times for reasons I can't explain. One time I got kicked literally 5 seconds after entering the room. I was a level 20 SI with 260+ N7 carrying a Javelin II.

Who cares, just move on to the next one.

Really its nothing to get worked up over, there are countless reasons both justifiable and not that they could have had to kick you.

Perhaps they had a friend they wanted to play with, perhaps they didn't like your playstyle, it doesn't matter. Multiplayer is still fairly active so it doesn't take long to find another lobby.

I can understand if players after credits do that in gold but otherwise, seriously, kicking the bucket after wave 10 objective is just silly. It takes out the fun and the satisfaction from getting a full extraction, which is the goal. Oh, it's fine by me if some players wants to do that but I sure would not like to be in a team like that.

Kicking if you're over level 10 for silver is just silly. If that's the reason you're being kicked anyway.
